1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
- "jillik" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at jillik.com, including all associated mobile applications, software, and services.
- "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the jillik platform.
- "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the jillik platform.
- "Real Money Games" refers to any game on the jillik platform that involves wagering of real currency, including but not limited to slots, live casino games, bingo, sports betting, and sabong.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by jillik.
- "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance associated with a Player's jillik account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body under whose framework jillik operates.
- "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.
2 Eligibility
Access to and use of the jillik platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the jillik platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming law and is strictly enforced. jillik reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
- Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jillik complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship are not permitted to use the jillik platform.
- Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jillik or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR's self-exclusion registry.
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jillik. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated funds and permanent account closure.
jillik reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during a Player's use of the platform. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3 Account Registration
To access Real Money Games on jillik, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to account registration:
- Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. jillik is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jillik will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.
- KYC Verification: jillik may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
- Account Ownership: Your jillik account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to play on your account is strictly prohibited.
- Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify jillik immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the jillik platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jillik reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
- Accepted Payment Methods: jillik currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jillik's discretion.
- Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jillik wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to process, depending on the issuing bank.
- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. GCash withdrawals typically clear within five (5) minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
- Withdrawal Verification: jillik reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention measure.
- Currency: All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso. jillik is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
- Unclaimed Funds: jillik reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close accounts that have remained dormant for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, in accordance with applicable regulations.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
jillik offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms and conditions.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. jillik reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse or breach of these Terms.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method – constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jillik reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close the accounts of Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the Player's account without compensation.
- Modification: jillik reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated to Players via the platform or registered email address.
6 Gameplay Rules
The following rules apply to all gameplay on the jillik platform:
- Game Rules: Each game available on jillik is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
- Return to Player (RTP): jillik publishes RTP information for all slot games. RTP rates are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual outcomes.
- Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, jillik reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the Player's account. jillik is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.
- Disconnection: jillik is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or device failure on the Player's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.
- Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. jillik reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
- Disputed Outcomes: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by jillik's server shall be the definitive reference. Players may submit disputes to jillik's support
team within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillik platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino, poker, or any multiplayer game format.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, algorithm, or random number generator used by jillik.
- Using the platform for any money laundering activity or in contravention of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts, or allowing another person to use your account.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jillik staff or other Players through any communication channel.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the jillik platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of jillik or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jillik platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jillik platform without prior written consent from jillik.
- The jillik name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of jillik. Unauthorized use of jillik's trademarks is strictly prohibited.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jillik's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:
- jillik provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jillik makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
- jillik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical malfunction beyond jillik's reasonable control.
- jillik's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit jillik's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
10 Account Suspension & Closure
- By jillik: jillik reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where jillik reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory non-compliance. In such cases, jillik may withhold funds pending investigation.
- By the Player: You may request the closure of your jillik account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions.
- Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, your licence to use the jillik platform is immediately revoked. Any unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon closure.
11 Responsible Gaming
jillik is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools and policies are in place to support Players:
- Age Restriction: Access to jillik is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 and above, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits may be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours.

12 Privacy & Data Protection
jillik collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on jillik, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jillik's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Players who wish to raise a formal complaint may do so by contacting jillik's support team. jillik will acknowledge all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavour to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days.
14 Amendments to These Terms
jillik reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the jillik platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
